• The apartment was finished in September 2008. It is contained in a small complex of 42 privately owned luxury apartments in a quiet area of Side. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. One has an ensuite jacuzzi bathroom while next to the other is a fully fitted family shower room. The lounge area is also air conditioned with 2 double sofa beds. The apartment is tastefully furnished including an open plan fully equipped kitchen with hob and fan assisted oven, fridge freezer and automatic washing machine; dining area with table and chairs and breakfast bar and lounge with satellite TV. There is a large furnished terrace off the lounge and balconies to both bedrooms. The terrace and master bedroom balcony have extensive views over the gardens and open fields to the Taurus mountains.

• Overlooking open fields with views of the Taurus Mountains yet only 15 minutes walk to the beach and a little further to Side town. The main supermarket is about a mile away. However, there are a number of mini markets, greengrocers, fishmongers, butchers and pharmacy etc. within a few minutes walk where there are also bars and restaurants.The brand new private hospital (Travel insurance accepted) is nearby.A huge array of banks, shops, bars, restaurants and clubs can be found in the old town area as well as along the beach and round the harbour. The beaches and Side town with its extensive roman ruins and more up to date facilities are 15/20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive whereas the larger city of Manavgat is about 10 minutes drive. Sorgun forest (walking and horse riding) is just a few minutes drive and the waterfalls on the jade green Manavgat River are another popular local attraction. The local dolmus service and taxis are inexpensive.

• There is an attractive circular swimming pool with separate toddler splash pool. Gym with state of the art equipment, sauna and changing facilities. Guests may use, free of charge, all the facilities on site including sun loungers and parasols by the pool although we have our own for the times when guests wish to relax on the terrace or in our private garden.

• All other months available at £200 per week. Changeover day Flexible especially outside of school holidays. Many direct flights arrive and depart on Sunday/Monday but we are happy to accommodate other days where these do not conflict with existing bookings. A non-refundable £100 per week deposit is payable on booking. Full payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure which is also non-refundable. We do not charge a breakages deposit preferring to trust our guests to make good any damage incurred during their stay. As there is no Public Liability Insurance in Turkey you must ensure that all guests in your party have adequate Travel Insurance. We will ask you to confirm this when booking. Payments can be made by cheque or electronic transfer.
