• Our luxury 2 bed apartment is situated on a 5* complex in the village of Ilica on the outskirts of Side. The apartment is fully furnished to provide you with all the luxuries and comforts of home. It has a modern fully fitted kitchen enabling a self catering holiday. A comfortable double bed in the main en suite bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be made into a 2nd double bedroom. The main bathroom has a spacious shower area. The open plan lounge and kitchen contains a large sofa, comfy chair, coffee table, dining table and chairs to accomodate 6 people, LCD satellite TV with up to 200 channels. The appartment is light, air conditioned with 3 balconies providing Mountain views and views down the stunning gardens of the Spring Complex.

• Spring Appartments are located in Ilicia a local village on the outskirts of Side, offering its own market and other local facilities. \\\\\\\'Spring\\\\\\\' offers a frequent shuttle bus service operating daily to a supermarket, local beaches, local towns, and the historical town of Side. The shuttle bus operates until 20.30 after which local transport is cheap and easily available. Kumkoy is the nearest town approx 2.5km away and provides local shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful long sandy beaches offering a wide range of water sports. Side is approx 5km away and is one of Turkeys most popular Mediterranean resorts. It is a historical town with a stunning harbour offering a wide range of restaurants, shopping, markets, bars and night clubs. Side is surrounded by stunning Roman ruins , including the waterside Temple of Apollo and a well preserved Roman amphitheatre, which still hosts colourful performances. There are many professional golf courses in the surrounding area.

• This 5* complex offers all the facilities of a luxury hotel with the freedom of your own appartment. On-site facilities includes 2 outdoor pools , childrens Pool , indoor pool, fully fitted gym, sauna and jacuzzi, tennis courts, childrens play area and a cafe offering a range of snacks and drinks, all set amoungst stunning spacious gardens offering picnic areas, ampitheatre and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A 24-hour security guard is on site and will be able to assist with any queries or information needed.

• A non refundable £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the arival date. A security deposit of £100 is also required and will be refunded within 5 working days of departure providing no damage has been caused to the appartment. The appartment is complete with bed linen and towels, although towels for the pool and beach must be provided by the guests. Longer or shorter term rentals are available, please contact the owner direct. Transfers can be arranged direct from Antalya airport to take you directly to and from the Spring appartment. Transfers are £35 each way.
